This website is operated by Esame Marketing Limited, trading as Nuzzle Parcel. Throughout this website, the terms “Nuzzle Parcel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Esame Marketing Limited. Our registered address is 896 S State St, Unit #470, Dover, DE 19901, US. This registered business address is not a return address. Do not send products or parcels to it. Returns are accepted only after written authorization from Customer Support and must be sent to the specific return address provided in the authorization.

Nuzzle Parcel offers this website, including all information, tools, products, personalization features, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service. By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting personalization content, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund, Replacement and Returns Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and any other policy referenced here.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase our products.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

You may not use our website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any applicable law, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, and export-control laws.

2. ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

We may contact you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or shipping address provided with your order. You must promptly update information that changes before your order enters production or ships.

3. PRODUCTS AND PERSONALIZATION

Many Nuzzle Parcel products are made to order or personalized using names, dates, messages, photographs, artwork, colors, sizes, characters, and other options selected or supplied by you.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing your order. This includes spelling, capitalization, punctuation, dates, image quality, image orientation, selected characters, quantities, sizes, colors, product type, and delivery address.

The preview shown on the website is intended to help you review your design. The final product may have minor differences in color, positioning, cropping, texture, dimensions, or appearance because of screen settings, material characteristics, manufacturing processes, and reasonable production tolerances. Such minor differences are not defects unless the product is materially different from the description or order confirmation.

We may reject personalization content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, or that may expose us or another person to legal or safety risks.

4. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

You retain ownership of photographs, artwork, text, and other content you submit. You grant us and our production, technology, and fulfillment providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, modify solely as necessary for production, print, manufacture, and deliver that content for the purposes of fulfilling your order, providing customer support, processing a replacement, preventing fraud, and complying with law.

You represent and warrant that you own the submitted content or have all permissions necessary to use it and authorize us to process it. Your content must not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or other rights.

You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit without the required rights or permission. We may suspend production, cancel an order, remove content, or request additional proof of authorization where reasonably necessary.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability accurately. We do not guarantee that every display is error-free or that your device will display colors accurately.

Products may be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice. We may limit quantities, destinations, or sales to a person, household, address, account, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we successfully process payment and send an order confirmation. An automated acknowledgment does not prevent us from cancelling an order for a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable product, prohibited content, delivery restriction, payment failure, or another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Personalized orders may enter production shortly after confirmation and may not be cancellable after the modification window described in our Cancellation and Modification Policy.

7. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website or displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not apply to an order already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error occurred.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, international duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be payable by the recipient.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the billing information is accurate. Payment services may be provided by third-party processors subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes, discounts, free-shipping offers, gifts, and limited-time campaigns may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, minimum purchases, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, and expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Requests to cancel or modify an order are governed by our Cancellation and Modification Policy. Contact support as soon as possible after purchase. A request is effective only after confirmation by our support team and is not guaranteed.

Once an order has been scheduled for or entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If a requested change remains technically possible before that point, an additional production charge or revised delivery estimate may apply; we will disclose any charge before proceeding.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery time includes production time and shipping time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund, Replacement and Returns Policy.

Because personalized goods are made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns may not be available. This restriction does not affect rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

12. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, rating, photograph, video, testimonial, suggestion, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, publish, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting Nuzzle Parcel, subject to applicable law and our Customer Reviews Policy.

We do not require reviews to be positive. We may moderate or remove content that contains personal data, spam, unlawful material, threats, discrimination, unrelated content, fraud, or intellectual-property infringement. We will not edit a review to change its substantive meaning or star rating.

Historical reviews imported from another store may be displayed only where we have the right to display them and reasonably determine that they concern the same product. Their original source will be identified where applicable.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
